Welcome to DOUGH. We are a neighborhood market specializing in straight-ahead good food made with high quality ingredients.  Our breads and pastries are made fresh, in-house everyday; our market area is stocked with chef-selected ingredients, cheeses, wine and craft beer; we have a beautiful classroom where we teach cooking classes  and host private events; and we have a delicious bounty of prepared foods ready to be heated up and served for dinner. Brian Ross - DOUGH Owner/Chef

Chef/Owner Brian Ross got his start as a “food carny” making cinnamon rolls as big as your head in the hot Florida sun. After 20 years of the nine-to-midnight grind, Brian hopes to find the elusive balance between kin and kitchen. With DOUGH, Brian wants to share his passion for food with the Asheville community while debunking the gastro-snobbery associated with chefs and purveyors of fine foods.
